They were friendly and figured out what happen to my oven, ordered the part and the next week when it came in they came out that very day and installed it and got us back up and running. Daren was nice and lots of experience and knowledge in his trade.

Daren came out to look at my oven that wasn’t heating. He quickly discovered the problem and assessed the part that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, it was a special part that needed to be ordered. He gave me a rough estimate of two weeks before the part would come in and next available appointment. I was very surprised when I got a the next week stating the part had arrived. An appointment was scheduled and Daren came to my home a second time. Daren is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He also, went out of his way to look up the model number for knobs I needed to order. I would highly recommend affordable appliance repair.

A little screw up initially with appointment was overcome nicely with an early visit next day. CONCERN: Customer reports freezer section is not cooling properly, building frost. CAUSE: Found refrigeration system low on refrigerant and defrost timer not defrosting as designed. CORRECTION: Recharged system, replaced defrost timer and tested. Operation now normal. Note: NO GUARANTEE ON RECHARGING SYSTEM. Since a refrigerator that is low on freon has a known leak we cannot guarantee performance of the unit after freon has been refilled. When a welded unit is low on freon it has leaked out, however we cannot determine the rate at which a leak is. Customer has acknowledged that this is a temporary fix only and is not to be considered a long lasting repair.
CONCERN: Customer reports oven door glass is cracked. CORRECTION: Replaced oven door glass and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Found evaporator fan motor failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator evaporator fan motor and tested. Operation now normal.

CONCERN: Customer reports washer water inlet is filling washer on its own. CAUSE: Found washer water valve failed. CORRECTION: Replaced washer water valve and tested. Operation now normal. NOTE: After repairs were completed inspected for leaks, no leaks at time of completion. Advised if customer leaves town and washer not in use gor some time to shut water off to house to prevent flooding.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is taking very long to fill on cold. CAUSE: Found washer cold water inlet clogged with debris (appears to be softener salt) CORRECTION: cleared and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
